On September 9, 2006 Southside Baptist Church presents one of the largest Christian gatherings ever in Houston County- FREEDOM FEST 2006; an Outdoor Fest! The location is the large field adjacent to the church. The focus is to honor God, Country and Family. As special guest Southside will be honoring our brave War fighters/Police/Firemen and their families. The day will be filled with Food and Family fun for the kids; the best Christian Music featuring Dove Award/ Grammy Award Winner CASTING CROWNS and special message delivered by Tony Nolan ( of TNT Ministries), ANOINTED, LORDSONG, KEVIN DERRYBERRY and other local/regional artists.
