Department of Labor is in the process of conducting a Davis-Bacon Wage Survey which will set the rates for federal jobs throughout Georgia. This seminar is an overview of the Davis Bacon Act and discussions will include contractor compliance with all requirements of the Act, managing subcontractors on Davis-Bacon projects, preparation and completion of certified payroll reports, and the most common issues that arise with contractors regarding Davis-Bacon Act application and compliance.
