Beauty Advisors from Cosmetics and Fragrances counters are to create their own ''at-counter'' event. Customers will be pampered and treated to a day of beauty by our Belk experts. With a purchase of $35 or more, customers will receive a free cosmetic tote, while supplies last. A light catered breakfast will be provided from store opening until 12pm both days
