Celebrations are a wonderful part of our lives. As the holidays approach, we are mindful of those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Heart of Georgia Hospice hosts a memorial celebration service remembering and celebrating the lives of those we have served over the past year.  As a community based organization, this memorial celebration is open to everyone.  This service is just one way we are able to express our care, as well as offer bereavement support.

During the service, we will read the names and light a candle in memory of each person served by hospice that has passed within the past year, as well as any others from our community.  We invite you to join us as we remember your loved one. If you know of a family within our communoity who might also be interested, please extend an invitation to them on our behalf.
