Event Description:
In light of recent developments, the Robins Regional Chamber’s Aerospace Industry Committee (AIC) has decided to postpone this year’s Program Executive Officer (PEO) Review and Outlook (R & O) scheduled for 22 March 2018. Please know that the AIC did not make this decision lightly. We considered the impact of two government shut downs, multiple Continuing Resolutions (CR), and possibly a third shutdown on the day following the event before the Planning Committee voted to postpone. We also recognize that our PEO leaders who serve as our featured speakers may also be in the process of realigning requirements and funding in response to the latest bi-partisan budget agreement affecting their future forecast for industry.
We have taken steps to reserve the Museum of Aviation venue for 28 March 2019 and ask that you save this date on your planning calendar. The AIC will use feedback from 2017 customer surveys to refine the PEO R&O forum and see how we might add greater value for both government and industry. Your thoughts and comments are always encouraged and welcomed.
