The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center presents David Bell's "Building Your Vision" (Real Estate-Facilities-Finance) seminar on Friday, June 9, 2006 from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm at The Terminal Station 3rd Floor Conference Room. David Bell has degrees in Business Administration and Computer Networking specializing in small business finance and commercial real estate investments for small business owners. Objectives for this program include: Determine Costs & Feasibility of Developing a Facility, Select & Acquire a Site ( Meeting Legal, Physical & Financial Requirements), Design & Plan a Facility That meets Current & Future Needs and Prepare a Loan Package & Find a Lender.
