Local residents and community leaders from Houston County and 6 surrounding counties will reconvene to address health issues facing central Georgia, particularly obesity and related chronic diseases. The conference will have statewide and national guest speakers as well as concurrent breakout sessions in regards to workplace wellness, school wellness,local governments leading improvements, and grassroots collaborations for creating healthy communities.
