Event Description:



We've streamlined the process to make it easier for parade applicants to submit their applications, media forms and payments online. *Credit card payment is required to complete online registration. If you need to pay with cash or check, you may still use our online system to register your unit information; however ALL PAYMENTS must be received on or before the deadlines for inclusion and for any early bird discounts.

Click on REGISTER NOW and enter your email address to continue.  To register your unit, you must first select ADD ATTENDEE.  This will open the list of available choices.

NON COMMERCIAL PARADE UNITS have no business affiliation.  If your unit has a business affiliation please register as a COMMERCIAL UNIT by selecting this link.

Regular Pricing:
*Non Commercial March (Walking) Unit $50
*Non Commercial Creative Float $150
*Non Commercial Leased Float $650 (Quantities are limited - Contact the Chamber Office for additional information on float selection)
*Non Commercial Specialty Vehicle (for example: classic car, convertible transporting pageant royalty, etc.) $200
*Non Commercial Vehicle Clubs $200 (Each additional motorized vehicle costs $25.  Each additional non-motorized vehicle costs $15.  MAX of 10 vehicles per unit entry.)

*Early Bird Discounts of $50 off units will automatically be applied on all applications received before 12:00 am, October 18, 2017. Payment MUST ALSO BE RECEIVED by the deadline as well to qualify for discount.


*Extended Trailer Fee: Creative floats with trailers longer than 20 feet must select ADDITIONAL ITEM to pay for the extended trailer fee of $50. Extended trailers not properly disclosed will be required to pay the Extended Trailer Fee PLUS a $50 penalty on parade day or may be asked to leave. This fee is a result of limited space capacity & the need to plan for additional accommodations.

*Add On Marchers:  An entry unit (other than a non commercial march unit) that will have anyone walking/marching with the unit, MUST register the additional walkers.  For example, if you have a Non Commercial Creative Float with a dance troupe walking beside you must register as Non Commercial Creative Float AND select Add On Marchers.

*Additional Vehicle Club Motorized Vehicles:  Additional $25 fee for each additional motorized vehicle that is part of a vehicle club unit entry beyond the first vehicle.

*Additional Vehicle Club Non Motorized Vehicles:  Additional $15 fee for each additional motorized vehicle that is part of a vehicle club unit entry beyond the first vehicle.
